I have a 100 Series diesel and the kit came with everything and I had the install done in about 2 hours. Most time spent finding a path through the firewall.

The dual battery system is in constant use with an inverter and occasionally a fridge.

In my experience Derek stands behind his product and will always be there to answer any question you may have however small.

I'd recommend Derek's (ABR) sidewinder kit. I've had it on my cruiser in the toughest of wet, hot or rough conditions for 20K's and constant use of an inverter and occasional use of a fridge - works a treat.

You may recall you installed a dual battery system in my red Jeep Wrangler some months ago. Well I've tested it and the mounting brackets out in some pretty rough terrain and it's going great. It also runs the fridge all day and night with negligible power loss. Thank you, a great system.

I just wanted to take the time and this opportunity to again thank you for the work you recently did on my Cruiser. It is rare these days to see someone who takes such pride in his work and the quality that you have done on my vehicle speaks volumes.
 
I am a very fussy person with my vehicles and it is usually a big thing for me to trust someone to complete work on the car. I had almost got to the stage of questioning myself as to whether or not I was expecting too much from people after having many experiences with less than adequate work. I felt totally comfortable leaving the car in your hands and as I said before I was even more impressed when I got it back. You have restored my faith that there are still good people doing great work out there.
 
I will definitely be recommending you to everyone I know without hesitation.

Did a DBS install on my Hyundai Tucson MY06 using the DBi-120, and your 50 amp Anderson plugs. Details of the install are posted at http://tucsondrivers.com/viewtopic.php?f=32&t=2375

Just back from a 6500 kms trip to the Great Ocean Road and back to Brisbane via The Great Alpine Road and the Alpine Way. The DBS worked faultlessly and kept the fridge pumping quietly and happily in the tray. Camera batteries and mobiles all happily recharging whether the motor ran or not. Not a glitch due the DBS; there was one but that was operator error.

Just a note to say that the Sidewinder fridge (plus slide, bag, etc.) I bought about three months ago has just completed its first proper road test – three months in far west NSW, including hundreds of km of (often very corrugated) gravel road. Once I got the temperature right it performed exactly as promised, in other words perfectly. It’s tough, has modest power usage (no problem for four days on the second battery, without need to recharge), is easy to clean and – most important – keeps the beer cold and the peas frozen.

Thanks for a great product, and I’ve been recommending it to everyone I met on our travels.
