The fridge test was done on the hottest days of January 2007. Daytime temperatures were
32 to 34 degrees Celsius and nighttime temperatures stayed above 23 deg  Celsius. Fridge
was pre cooled on mains power supply until start of the test and at a starting temperature
of 2 deg Celsius. The test was done with 6 deg Celsius selected on the control panel.

Fridge was tested empty and with no bag to give worst possible figures.

Test was done using a 3 month old fully charged 105 amp hour maintenance free MRV70
battery. N70 size.

Temperatures were taken in the fridge compartment and fridge was opened at every data
log for 30 seconds. Temperature in freezer compartment stayed in the -10 to -5 range.

Compressor specs are as follows:

12V DC - 2.9amp start up current - 2.0 to 2.9 running current.
Low voltage cut out at 10.8Volts auto restart at 11.8Volts.

ACC DC compressors (12-42 V)
GD30FDC is a compressor meant for those appliances which require a power supply through batteries or other direct low tension
current sources (for example, photovoltaic cells). The GD30FDC is the first DC compressor in the market with the VDE approval.
Compact in dimensions and highly reliable, the GD30FDC compressor is silent, efficient and it can work even with a strong inclination (30º).
This compressor is especially suitable for mobile applications in boats, trucks, private cars or medical appliances in ambulances.
In case of supply through batteries, these will be continuously protected against exhaustion. Its electronics incorporate a complete
set of self-protecting functions, to ensure total reliability under any circumstance.
